At Lotaire, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we are here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- It must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase

Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.
We will provide further return instructions after reviewing your request.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at lotaire2025@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return first.
Once approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return approval is required before sending any item back.
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
